Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit

Position Summary
The Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing articulation and transfer credit equivalencies for UNC Greensboro. The Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst reports to the Assistant Registrar, Enrollment Support in the University Registrar’s Office and in collaboration with colleagues in the Undergraduate Admissions team to collaboratively execute institutional strategic initiatives and ensure compliance in statewide policies and initiatives. This position will work closely with faculty and academic affairs staff to develop proficiency in college academic requirements and to support the development of articulations that align with the UNC System and the NC Community College articulation agreements and degree planning processes. Finally, this position will work closely with Academic Affairs Technologies and Innovation to define data standards, design business processes, and implement technologies and systems to automate transfer credit evaluation and articulation.
Minimum Qualifications
BACHELOR’S DEGREE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS.
Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience articulating transfer credit in the UNC system and/or NC Community College System.
Alternate Option
