Within our office of the founders, Alfred is seeking an experienced and hands-on TMO (Transformation Management Office) leader that ensures effective project communication, coordination, prioritization and resourcing on major initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The TMO leader will track tasks, implementation, and KPIs to deliver accurate reporting and awareness. The TMO leader will act in a leadership role in the problem solving and enablement of projects and initiatives. How you'll contribute to #OneTeam

  • Design and implement the appropriate TMO roles and responsibilities to address the ongoing business needs, changes, beyond the existing team alignment
  • Works autonomously to define quarterly tasks that align with company-wide tasks for a broad set of activities
  • Engage partners across Alfred and other entities to define operating plan and playbook; roles, responsibilities, processes, and procedures that are comprehensive and thorough to stakeholder adoption
  • Implement and program manage a rollout of playbook leveraging the framework as leader of transformation team
  • Develops implementation plans and gains buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Serves as a decision maker on project activities to balance scope, schedule, and cost while keeping in mind the strategic impact to the business and the company's priorities
  • Provides direct oversight to substantial Alfred projects, meeting deadlines and commitments
  • Understands project interdependencies, anticipate resource constraints, and resolve obstacles
  • Consistently communicates clear objectives and timelines for given projects to the right people at the right time
  • Clearly articulate the project value being delivered across the organization and performance standards and strategies necessary to achieve goals and objectives
  • Regularly contributes constructive opinions on process and how individual parts of the organization can improve
  • Builds cross-functional consensus on tactical & strategic improvements
  • Drafts clear story lines in presentations with clear logic and recommendations
  • Thinks through implementation details and is masterful at understanding all of the moving pieces across the org and how they impact stakeholders
  • Responsible for creation of dashboards and adherence to KPIs that create visibility and transparency to projects
  • Owns and improves project tracking/monitoring tools and process
  • Escalates issues to founders

Who you are

  • Demonstrated program management excellence and people leadership in matrixed business, related to launch or expansion
  • Ability to lead and coach program/project managers in the successful delivery of playbook
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to deal effectively with ambiguity and change
  • Highly engaged, self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance achieving business results, fostering collaboration, and influencing business strategies
  • Remains calm and clearly communicates in high pressure situations
  • Able to, consistently and in real-time, deliver constructive feedback to peers and direct reports in a way that strengthens relationships and enables projects to advance more quickly
  • Experience with compiling, managing, and maintaining key documentation for PMO and playbook
  • A passion for change, can drive big-picture thinking and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Design thinking and Agile skills
  • Preferred experience leading onsite team
  • Preferred experience with real estate
  • Preferred experience in working for a Big Four consulting firm
  • Preferred experience with mergers and acquisitions
