Five Star Nissan Florence is hiring a Vehicle Exchange Call Center Representative

The Vehicle Exchange Call Center Rep will work with new and existing customers by answering their questions about upgrading their vehicle

They will contact current sales and service customers by phone

Qualifications for the role include:

  • Prefer two or more years of customer service/ call center experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to assist service customers who wish to upgrade to a newer vehicle model
  • Elead/ CDK experience a plus
  • Automotive Sales experience a bonus!
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
