Vial Wash Line Operator Job at Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions

This role will support the consumables Vial Wash Line machine operation and packaging assembly. Perform a variety of production tasks including preparation of materials to assembling of final product with the use of semi-automatic filling machines and manual assembly tasks. Some equipment troubleshooting, and repair will be required. The shift hours for the position are 12:00pm to 8:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load machines with objects to be processed and unload them after cleaning, placing them on conveyors or racks.
  • Assist with pre and post line clearance i.e. equipment set-up and take down.
  • Performing procedural adjustments of manufacturing equipment.
  • Follow and adhere to all standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and quality regulatory requirements

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build sub-assemblies from a bill of material
  • Assist in Consumables Lab Assembly as needed and requested

This candidate would have a strong attention to detail, reliable, and will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. This candidate will have the ability to be flexible and respond appropriately to workload changes. They should be self-motivated and a good problem solver

Core Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 1 year or more complex manufacturing assembly work experience preferred
  • 1 year or more manufacturing machine operations work experience preferred

  • Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $18 - $22/hr
