We are looking for an experienced Human Resources leader to join our Executive Leadership Team at our Montgomeryville, PA headquarters. In this role, you will partner with executive team, internal stakeholders, and external board members/stakeholders to build and reinforce our corporate culture through the delivery of talent acquisition, employee engagement, team development, and talent optimization initiatives.

Reporting directly to our President and serving as a key voice on our Executive Team, you will lead our organization in these critical Talent & HR initiatives:

  • Partner with the President and the ELT to conceptualize, develop, and continuously nurture a strong company culture that is integrated with our business strategy and understood/lived throughout the organization
  • Ensure creative and innovative HR systems, tools, and practices are in place to identify, interview, select, orient, train, develop, motivate, reward, and retain company employees
  • Assess, develop, and implement human resources practices and initiatives to support our existing operations and accelerate our plans for rapid growth, including recruiting, total rewards and benefits, employee development, HR compliance, and interface with Finance on payroll, timekeeping, and travel
  • Direct the design, development, and execution of recruitment practices and initiatives to provide the organization with the talent we need to realize our growth goals
  • Create effective succession planning and leadership development practices that foster the development of internal talent and provide tools for career growth
  • Provide oversight and direction for the training and development of all employees supporting the company’s increased capabilities for sound people management and high business performance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with peers in senior leadership to serve as a strategic partner on human resources issues. Provide coaching, guidance and insights to elevate the team’s capabilities; focusing on human capital issues that enhance the growth of the company
  • Establish business metrics, monitor performance against metrics, and ensure that meaningful deviation is detected early and incorporated into operations planning and capacity efforts

Qualifications for this Role Include:

  • 10 or more years of human resources leadership experience at the executive level with proven executive leadership and coaching skills
  • The ability and willingness to work hands-on while contributing at a strategic business level
  • Experience building and delivering effective HR solutions in small to mid-sized, fast-growth organizations with geographically dispersed and diverse workforces
  • Proven experience across all areas of human resources with a strong focus on talent strategy including recruitment, retention, training/development and performance management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record in scaling an organization during a high growth period. Proven ability to accelerate talent acquisition and improve employee retention at a growing company
  • Willingness to work on-site at least 3 days/week
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Construction, or Manufacturing environments is a plus
