In this role, you will provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for retail operations. You will work in concert with other Leadership Team members to develop and guide strategic direction, develop tactical plans, and assist in the leadership of the agency.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will participate in meetings of the Board of Directors and various Board Committees. You will help develop, mentor, and coach direct and indirect reports in retail. You will also be responsible for operating effectively across functional boundaries while building and sustaining external and internal relationships.

Basic Requirements:

• A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in thrift retail, manufacturing, or retail sales plus at least five years of supervisory experience is required. Thrift retail experience with Goodwill or other thrift retailer is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, Retail Management, or a related field. Experience in thrift retail may be considered in lieu of education.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license, and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's insurance provider. Must have valid automotive insurance.
• Ability to effectively manage activities in geographically dispersed locations.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to the changing landscape within thrift retail.
• Ability to express ideas using words in developing policies/programs or supervising the work of others.
• Use concepts in advanced mathematics and statistics to work with complex financial and statistical information.
• Define and analyze data and draw valid conclusions. Use key donated goods retail metrics to measure
