Firefly Children & Family Alliance is looking for you to lead the clinical and operational functioning for our Outpatient and Survivor Advocacy programs, reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer. Outpatient Services includes office based individual, family and group counseling including but not limited to substance use, domestic violence and sexual assault. Survivor Advocacy Services includes community-based advocacy services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and operation of Marion County's Rape Crisis Center. You will also demonstrate the ability to form productive community relationships and provide fiscal management. This VP will participate in the executive leadership team of Firefly Children and Family Alliance. The primary location of the position is in Indianapolis.

Job requirements:

To be successful in this role, you need to have the requisite skills:

  • A Master's degree in social work, business or related field is required
  • If applicant is a clinician, LCSW/LMHC eligibility required, with current licensure
  • Commitment to the pursuit of equity for our clients, staff and community
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Expert technology skills with mastery of the Microsoft Suite
  • Clear communication skills
  • Knowledge of and adherence to current confidentiality practices
  • 10 years of work experience in social services
  • 5 years of leadership experience in outpatient and/or survivor programming; experience with substance use, domestic violence or sexual assault services preferred
