What does a Vault Coordinator do?

  • Effectively and accurately managing all cardstocks in the vault
  • Ensuring that the inventory program is maintaining accurate inventory numbers
  • Investigates and reports any identified card stock deficiencies
  • Actively managing the monthly Cycle Counts
  • Receiving stock from Shipping Department and adding to stock inventory
  • Managing the bulk stock and replenishing the vault stock levels
  • Ensuring that FIFO is followed by rotating stock based on manufacturing dates
  • Managing the picking of cards for all PERSO job
  • Managing the picking of replacement cards for PERSO
  • Returning any unused cards or canceled jobs to the vault inventory
  • Ensuring that any scrap cards are controlled, logged, and destroyed following our destruction procedures
  • Understanding and performing all audit procedures with the greatest possible accuracy
  • Monitoring and reporting any violation of audit procedures to audit manager
  • Effectively and accurately provide cycle counts of paper collateral when not managing the vault card coordination activities
  • Ensuring that paper collateral on production floor is stocked and labelled properly
  • Assisting in the packing room when needed
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Vault and Audit areas
  • Follow all applicable sop’s (standard operating procedures)
  • Follow all health and safety requirements as defined by state and federal

authorities.

  • Assisting the production supervisor when necessary

Compensation: $17.50

Shift: 2nd shift Mon. - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00 am OT as required

  • Must have strong fine motor skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to read and speak in English
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to interact well with others.
  • Willingness and capability to enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Math and Computation skills
  • Follows supervisory direction
  • Interacts well with others
