We are seeking LA-based fulfillment operators to join us at a pivotal moment in our company’s evolution. Nugg is California’s largest online marketplace for cannabis delivery, having helped over 250,000 people order from hundreds of dispensaries, but now we’re taking over the delivery experience ourselves.

HOURS & LOCATION: This position requires a minimum time commitment of 30 hours per week (4-5 days/week between 10:00am and 10:00pm).

COMPENSATION $18.00/hr

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING —fulfilling Nugg Club subscription orders —Utilize personal attention to detail for the creation of every box —report directly to Inventory and Curation Manager, offer feedback and generate ideas for improvements to our fulfillment process on a regular basis —Support the I&C Manager in inventory process —collaborate on team projects and company-wide efforts to advance the industry

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: —Ages 21+, pass a background check —fulfillment and operations background preffered —exceptional communication skills and professional presence —friendly, charismatic —innovative problem solver, results minded and solution focused —effective team player with ability to work independently —tech savvy, strong in multi-tasking —understanding of how the cannabis market works in California is a plus
