Warehouse Shipping Supervisor - 3rd Shift Job at Express Employment Professionals
Our client is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join their Shipping Department Team in their world-class distribution facility. In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all functions related to the movement of freight out of the warehouse.
Pay: $55,000 - $70,000
Hours: 8:00pm - 5:00am Sunday - Thursday

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership to a team of associates, encouraging teamwork and providing training to excel with the organization.
- Ensure product is picked/shipped correctly.
- Follow commodity specialist allocations and change orders.
- Ensure all employees work together to fill orders in a timely fashion.
- Submit regular reports to leadership to communicate the status of the operation at the end of the shift daily.
- Must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, as well as other Company data, including personnel information.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is desired.
- Will consider equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in shipping/receiving or related environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Must have proven track record of managing large groups of associates.
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel; prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) exposure expected.
- Must be a self-starter, willing to work flexible hours.
- Ability to operate Stand-up Hilo and other related powered industrial equipment (reach truck, forklift, pallet jack).

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
