Intelligent Technology seeks qualified Web Support to join our U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) team in Fort Detrick, MD.

Provide comprehensive web design, development, and administration support, including the following:

Web Design and Development:

(1) Evaluate the content, structure, style, organization, and aesthetics of the existing MRDC hosted websites.

(2) Review and implement Operations Security, Section 508, and regulatory compliance for all MRDC-managed websites.

(3) Coordinate with MRDC to define goals and requirements for refinement and future development of websites and content.

(4) Develop and implement a web design and development plan that includes actions and milestones for requirements determination, design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation based on evaluation results and Government feedback,

(5) Utilize an agile methodology for all development efforts to ensure the MRDC customer remains fully engaged

(6) Create and maintain a comprehensive listing of all websites, including IP/VIP addresses, SSL certificate expiration dates (both commercial, where applicable, and server/sites), current content sizes, and content owner contact information

(7) Ensure all production servers are clean and free of site backups and extraneous files that are not required for the proper operation of the sites

Web Administration:

(1) Perform all administrative and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to the creation of user accounts, security patches and updates, server maintenance, installation, web server (e.g., IIS, Apache, etc.) management, servlet container management (e.g., Tomcat), backups, recovery, log analysis, SSL certificate management and content management.

(2) Provide web design, development, and administration services as defined under Key Task 3.7.1 to the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID). Provide the hosting, content editing, and software support for four (4) USAMRIID websites; precisely one (1) the publicly accessible site and three (3) intranet sites. Provide ongoing sustainment and refinement of the four (4) websites.

(3) Design and modify web graphics.

(4) Design print materials such as brochures, posters, exhibits, and other marketing materials.

(5) Assist with capturing and editing interactive digital media from tradeshows, conferences, and seminars.

Minimum Education:

Have at least six (4) years of experience in all aspects of Web Administration: with tools like web server (e.g., IIS, Apache, etc.) management, servlet container management (e.g., Tomcat), Graphics, and Media Support

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • IAT Level II required - CompTIA Security+
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • CCNA / CompTIA A+/ CCENT / CCNP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47.62 - $52.44 per hour
