Windows Server VMWare AD AWS Azure Sr Systems Engineer – Hybrid - $130K - $145K

Onsite full time employee position. We prefer a local candidate that will be willing to come into the office a minimum 2 days per week but will consider 100% remote for those individuals who would otherwise need to relocate.

A 6-month Contract to Hire is preferred. Onsite Full-Time Employee – Hybrid & 100% Remote for the right person

Decision-making skills

* The ability to LEAD Systems infrastructure projects from beginning to end with little to no supervision.

* Knowledge of basic networking technologies such as DHCP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, Routing, and Wireless networks.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.

A MUST

· 7+ years of Advanced Systems Engineering experience supporting Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 in a VMWare environment and other core infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, PKI or 0365.

· 5 + years of experience developing, maintaining and reverse engineering scripts and utilities written in interpreted languages such as shell scripts, and Windows PowerShell.

· 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, migrating and upgrading DC’s, assessing, tunning and managing GPO’s for large enterprise environments.

· 5+ years of experience with VMWare, AWS and or Azure cloud environment.

· 3+ years of experience support SSO federation using Okta or similar platforms, experience with Okta Provisioning highly desired.

Nice to haves:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

· MCSE or Equivalent

· CCNA

· Experience supporting systems management and deployment technologies such SCCM, Puppet, Chef, Solarwinds, and or vCloud Automation

· Azure or AWS Certification and demonstrated experience supporting these environments.
