Express Employment is currently seeking to fill a 2nd Shift Inbound & Chuck Lead in North Kansas City, MO.

*Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-4:00am Pay $22-$26 per hour depending on experience - PLUS $1.50 shift differential and $100.00 attendance bonus each week*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively participate with assigned Supervisors in daily labor allocation thought process/decisions
• Monitor workflow during shift and assign additional duties in instances of assigned Supervisor absence
• Understand performance metrics for area and impact across the Distribution Center
• Actively participate with assigned Supervisor in development of “continual training” strategy for coworkers
• Train members of the team on processes and procedures and specific functions within functional area
• Coach coworkers in performance of duties and provide performance feedback on a regular basis
• Resolve production equipment issues and proactively notify assigned Supervisor and/or Manager if schedule will be impacted or technical assistance is required
• Ensure tools and equipment used by assigned team are functional
• Maintain safety standards of facility
• Assist with tracking of daily production numbers
• May provide input to assigned Supervisor for coworker reviews
• Direct all coworker issues or disciplinary actions to assigned Supervisor and/or HR immediately
• Assist on production functions as needed
• May be called upon to work on different shifts or other work areas based upon business need

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience
• Previous Operational experience
• Previous Receiving or Inbound experience
• Forklift experience required
• SAP or WMS experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word & Outlook
