The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for efficiently researching issues related to payment from our contracted hospitals and other healthcare facilities. We are looking for people with a penchant for problem solving, and balancing spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate internally to ensure receivables are efficiently processed
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal departments
  • Proactively audit invoices to ensure accurate billing to facilities
  • Reconcile discrepancies between billings and payments
  • Quickly master a variety of payment systems and maintain flexibility in collections processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Innate aptitude for problem solving

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $25.48 to $26.44 hourly, which equates to $53,000 to $55,000 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
