This position is a Full-Time professional management position. The Aquatics Manager position is an integral member of our senior management staff and is directly responsible for all aspects of our product and customer service.

Responsbilities that we will train you on

• Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports SafeSplash’s mission, vision, and values.
• Manage customer registration and class schedule which includes responding to all customer registrations in a manner that supports SafeSplash’s mission.
• Manage the administration of all SafeSplash policies and procedures with our customers.
• Manage customer service at the front desk and retail counter.
• Perform swim instruction, as necessary.
• Maintain accuracy, security, and integrity of all customer records including personal, financial, and class information.
• Work closely with other management staff to develop and implement continuous process improvements to customer registration, scheduling, and billing functions.
• Perform job responsibilities in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner at all times.
• Lead and manage the SafeSplash staff in an effective and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
