Position Summary: Produce quality parts to meet Customer(s) and Faurecia standards.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Lifting - Min 5 pounds / Max 21 pounds
• Reaching, Pushing and Pulling
• Precision Hand Movements
• Use of some power tools
• Sequence and Cycle Processes
• Attend Daily Shift Meeting
• Ensure 100% production is completed for the customer;
• Take part and improve effectiveness using Lean Manufacturing methods;
• Install and maintain 5S standards;
• Work assigned shifts and overtime as necessary;
• Responsible for the safety of all personnel working in the areas including visitors.
• Ensure health and safety requirements and procedures are adhered to.
• Carry out Process to correct Quality and Production Standards within cycle time;
• Escalate issues to Team Leader/ Shift Leader as necessary;
• Work flexibly in order to meet customer demands and needs;
• Responsibility for ensuring Product Quality.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment in an excellent working condition
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company
• Responsible to follow up works instructions (complete the operation always in the same way)
• Responsible to use all the traceability requirements in their area to accomplish product requirements
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.

Education / Experience:

• Experience in production within the automotive industry preferred;
• Basic level of lean manufacturing techniques preferable but not essential;
• Minimum education level: High School Diploma Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.85 per hour
