We are currently seeking a talented Assistant Controller to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities will include the following:

• Month End Closing including Financial Statement preparation
• Oversee analysis, variance reporting, ledger/sub ledger reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support treasury management processes including direct oversight of A/P
• Manage external reporting including IRS Form 990 tax filing and other regulatory reporting requirements
• Develop various analyses, projections, and forecasts as requested by senior leadership

Successful candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university
• CPA with 3+ years of public accounting
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and accounting to include financial statement preparation, budget to actual variance reporting and analysis, and ad hoc report writing
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of staff
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and anticipate the needs of the team in a dynamic environment
