Emersion School of Early Learning - Located in Renaissance Charter School at Cypress
*This is an hourly position: Monday - Friday, Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time
Job Summary: The Assistant will assist the Lead Teacher/Director. This position will contribute towards providing a loving and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Experience and Training:
- Minimum 1 year working in an Early Childhood Education Environment.
- Must have the DCF 45 State mandated training hours on transcript.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Essential Job Functions:
- Must be creative and possess problem solving skills.
- Must be a team player and multi-tasker.
- Must communicate effectively with 3, 4 and 5-year-old children.
- Able to manage the classroom when needed.
- Willing to support and help plan daily lesson plans.
- Model positive behavior conducive to a healthy learning environment.
- Possess organizational skills.
