Responsibilities & Qualifications
In this role you will:

• Lead the installation and configuration of software and hardware

• Lead in setting and maintaining system standards

• Lead in technical troubleshooting and configuration of software and hardware systems reported through ticketing system

• Lead in maintaining software, hardware, applications, workstations, security, and virtualization environments

• Lead in maintaining and upgrading software and hardware

• Lead in managing full lifecycle of software and hardware used by our organization

• Work with vendors on issues or projects on software and hardware

• Manage account access

• Lead in implementing disaster recovery plans and backup/recovery efforts

• Evaluate and follow security recommendations provided by security and vendors

• Collaborate with internal groups and external vendors to ensure all installations meet specifications

• Participate in after hours on-call rotation

• Configure alerting to notify team members of active incidents or monitoring events

• Report and communicate system availability and performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education, training, or experience

• At least 4 years of system administration experience or equivalent education, training, or experience

• Experience with project and Agile tools, including Planview, JIRA and Confluence

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
