On Call Pool Positions-Overview

We are currently accepting applications for all positions on an ongoing basis-(LOCAL GREATER SACRAMENTO, CA REGION APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE): Audio Engineer, Audio Technician, Video/Lighting Technician, Stagehand/loader, CDL Driver/stagehand. These are initial on-call pool positions, with no hourly requirements; Opportunities for advancement will be offered after proven ability, and high level work ethic.

Jobs and days will vary, and may involve split shifts, but we will offer opportunities around your schedule;

Key Job Responsibilities

Everyone needs to be willing to do everything, as needed, to accomplish the goal for the client, but we will leverage your specific expertise. Examples include set up and take down of small to large audio/video systems, staging, trussing structures and lighting, most commonly, in an outdoor environment. Everyone works as a team, to get the collective goal accomplished; You MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED, have a friendly, enthusiastic, client serviced, team oriented attitude, and able to take direction, or work independently if needed.

Minimum Technical Qualifications:

We have both technical and non-technical positions available-Pay DOE;

FOH Audio Engineers: minimum 2-3+ years tour or stage production experience, proven ability and experience with pro audio systems, live sound, and ability to work independently;

CDL A Driver/Stagehand: minimum 25 yrs old and 2+ years CDL experience, clean DMV record, willing to submit to random drug testing program.

Non-technical positions are trainee; if you are enthusiastic, with strong work ethic, and a quick learner, we will train.

Minimum general Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and work quickly in a timely manner; IF YOU TEND TO STAND AROUND AND WAIT TO BE TOLD WHAT TO DO, THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU.
• MUST have AWESOME attitude and be able to work in a team environment!
• Must be able to take direction from supervisory staff if needed.
• Able to critically think and work independently if needed.
• Must be highly conscientious of safety,
• Must be flexible and able to work split shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must show up to call location on time, every time.
• Must have reliable email, text or phone, and ability to respond to job offers reasonably quickly.
• If applicant is under 18, a valid work permit must be provided.

Physical Demands / Working Environments

• Must be able to lift, or move up to 75 lbs, and “team lift” heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in hot outdoor environments is a must.
