Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider located in New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri, and Oklahoma. The company launched in the beginning of 2021 and is expanding quickly! With expansion comes ongoing opportunities for career advancement, both clinical and administrative. Responsibilities

  • Supervising and training non-certified staff
  • Providing training and feedback to parents as needed
  • Analyzing data taken by therapy teams and making treatment decisions
  • Updating client goals and treatment plans
  • Taking part in initial assessments for new clients
  • Providing some direct (1:1) service to young children with autism

Required Qualifications

  • A working computer with functions that allow for video meetings
  • Reliable internet access
  • A vehicle, and a willingness to travel in and around Omaha and surrounding areas
  • A BCBA certificate
  • State License where applicable
  • Experience working with individuals between the ages of 2-21 and individuals with disabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience working as a BCBA
