Business Insights Specialist:

To provide an outstanding experience to our customers, it is critical that we have timely, accurate, and impactful insights and analysis. We are seeking a Business Insights Specialist to generate and deliver insights that will drive improvements, and enable smart decision making across our Life & Annuity Operations. In this role you will be responsible for deep diving into operational analysis and work with a broad set of data sources, analytical tools and visualization software. A successful candidate will display strong analytical as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to derive inferences from data and communicate a story. Developing strong relationships with our internal customers and fully understanding their needs will be paramount.

• Basic spreadsheet skills, interpret simple SQL queries, basic understanding of data visualization tools
• A Bachelor's Degree or two years of experience in Analytics
• Ability to pass a background check

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
