As Dealer Profit Services fulfils its mission of delivering F&I success to recreational vehicle dealers by excelling in service, speed and profit, the Business Manager is responsible for maximizing profit to both the dealer and to Dealer Profit Services through effective and creative customers communications in which both the loan value is maximized and protective product sales are maximized while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. It is the job of the Business Manager to create raving fans of both our dealer customers and their customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Communicate with the ultimate customer in order to obtain agreement on contract terms and on additional protective products
? Ensure the accuracy of all agreement details in our systems
? Work with Dealer Relations to guarantee application completeness and accuracy
? Record conversation with customer details on our system accurately and timely
? Sell protective products
? Other responsibilities as may be determined
