Location: Plymouth or Sheboygan Falls
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe living environment through assisting with various household duties.
- Meal plan and prep a well-balanced diet for individuals.
- Assist with medication adherence.
- Know, implement, and document all individuals' behavior support plans.
- Engage residents in projects or activities at home or in the community.
PAY:
$17.50 average wage
SHIFT TYPES:
- Full time shifts with set schedules
- 12 hours long and 3 or 4 days a week!
- Allows you to make plans in advance and you won't be called into work!
- Example shift: 7am-7pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Part time shifts with set schedules
- Don't have enough time for a full time career? No worries, we have part time shifts!
- Example shift: 4pm to 8pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- CBRF certification is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to be the change in someone's life!
- English proficiency to ensure seamless communication between individuals.
