Live-In Advantage Home Care Agency is a family owned and operated homecare agency. We seek homecare service professionals who enjoy serving others and working as a team. As a Live-In Advantage Caregiver (CNA, PCA, HHA, Companion), you will receive ongoing skills and development training, as well as 24/7 support from our dedicated staff. We are currently Live-Ins Only in the Hartford, New London, Tolland and New Haven counties.

Branch Locations: Hartford / New Haven

  • $48,000 – 54,000 per year (payrate depends on severity of case and prior working experience with the elderly population)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Must have proficient knowledge with safe transfers
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with patient
  • Drivers are preferred but not mandatory. If possible, must be willing and able to drive or escort some of our clients to medical appointments, short errands, etc. as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2 Forms of ID (Driver’s License & Social Security Card)
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Ambition to help others

Pay: $67,050.00 - $74,500.00 per year

All training and company orientation is conducted virtually. PPE is provided for client contact.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • CNA (Preferred)
