Pay and Benefits.

· Pay: Our pay rates are competitive with the industry, and there are opportunities for bonuses and pay increases throughout the year. The pay rate is dependent on experience and other factors, based on each applicant. (Child Care needs, full or part-time, shift availability, etc.) We also offer paid holiday and accrued Paid Time Off.

· Reduced Childcare: ABC Great Beginnings offers reduced Childcare, depending on the age of your child. Rates will be negotiated during the hiring process.

· Free Meals – Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided, and teachers are encouraged to eat with the children to teach proper etiquette and manners and to be able to have open discussions about food groups, nutrition, etc.

· No Evenings or Weekend Shifts: Most of our centers are not open on evenings and weekends. Generally, the position would be for M – F depending on the center's needs.

· Flexible Schedules: We have consistent schedules and can be flexible working around other obligations like school, family needs, etc.

· Training and Support: Your initial training is paid and more than doubles state requirements. We encourage and support ongoing education and in many situations, provide tuition assistance.
