Client Service Representative

Overview

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional and seamless service to our current clients and prospects, while maintaining effective communication between our clients and the Investment Team. The Client Service Representative will carry out responsibilities within the following areas: calendar management, data organization, reporting, client onboarding/paperwork processing, and generating presentations and proposals.

Our team is currently seeking full time and part time opportunities, working 20+ hours a week, with potential to turn into a full time position.

The Client Service Representative works with a team that develops personalized financial solutions for individuals and families, and small to mid-size businesses. This role is an essential part of our team in order to attract, maintain, and build relationships and to uphold client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and conference calls with current clients and prospects.
• Prepare, review and submit new account applications, process checks, and initiate various transactional request.
• Enter client data and account information in CRM systems and Financial Planning tools.
• Ensure high quality customer service by responding to client inquiries and effectively communicating request with the Investment Team.
• Prepare account review for client meetings.
• Utilized software to generate proposals and prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings.

Education and Experience

• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
• Above average communication skills and extremely organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Investment experience is a plus.
