Concierge (Part Time Midnight – 8AM, Saturday & Sunday)
Pay rate: $17 per hour
Job Description:

Responsibilities for Concierge **This position is Part Time, Midnight to 8 AM, Saturday & SUnday**
Answer phone an email inquiry from homeowners in a timely and respectful manner
Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
Assist the Chief Engineer with facility requests
Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
Assist in administrative tasks
Conduct building and property walk during shift
Qualifications for Concierge
1+ years of previous customer service experience
Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every tenant feel valued
Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc
Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
May be asked to work irregular shifts and weekends
