Construction Facilities Manager/ Superintendent Job at Canesian Theory Holdings LLC
$25-35 an hour
30% travel
Duties to include:
- Managing day today operations for Real Estate Management/Construction Company throughout the state of North Carolina.
- Must be proficient in operating all types of heavy equipment including bobcats backhoes tractors excavators man lifts lawn equipment as well as a general understanding of construction and maintenance/ punch out and Construction oriented hand tools.
- Must be able to do construction, capentry, and maintenance/ punch out
- Talk to and manage schedules/ lists/ and subcontractors
- The job requires a self motivated employee who can operate with limited supervision stay on task and who enjoys daily travel throughout the state and can assist managing several projects at any given time.
- This is a hands dirty position and specifically looking for a hard-working individual again who can self manage works well with others enjoys project and subcontractor management.
- generally has a great attitude and enjoys working in a positive environment in order to complete tasks and accomplishing goals for the benefit of the company as well as themselves professionally.
- Training is included and required in order to effectively learn the position as it requires a well rounded associate in order to become efficient at daily responsibilities.
