Job Description:
We are a Central Florida Italian Ice business centered around Community Engagement & Organizational
Fundraising. Our Italian Ice provides outstanding quality, handcrafted ingredients, and an incredible taste. Beyond serving delicious Italian ice, we partner with schools and organizations to support 5 causes: Children and Families,
Education, Everyday Heroes, Health, and Animal Welfare.
We are seeking an upbeat person to join our team as a Domi crew member servicing our Exploria and UCF Stadium kiosks. In this role, you will greet customers, provide them with information regarding our Italian Ice, fill orders, and collect payments on our point of sales system.
The ideal candidate is someone who can present our Italian Ice to every customer with a friendly attitude and manage orders efficiently.

Schedule & Location:
You will be serving from our kiosks located in the Exploria Stadium and the University of Central Florida Football
Stadium. At Exploria, there are 33-35 (Orlando City and Orlando Pride) matches, most occurring on Saturday evening. Each shift is 4 hours. Times vary but the majority of the shifts will be 5:30p-9:30p. UCF’s Football season starts in August and ends in December. It will consist of 6 home games. Each shift is 5 hours. Times vary according to the football schedule.

Qualities:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Professional appearance
• Food handler’s card preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time
• Prior cashier experience a plus
• Ability to quickly assess and re-strategize as needed
• Superb customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers

Essential Duties

• Providing customer service as the first point of contact
• Suggesting flavors and answering customer questions regarding the product
• Filling customers’ orders
• Collecting payments
• Maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean work area

Classification: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $25/hour

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00 per hour
