We are a family-owned business looking for rockstars who like a fast-paced work environment, who know how to work a slicer, who can talk with customers and still churn out amazing subs and sandwiches. Us: We are a neighborhood grocery liquidation outlet/deli in North Fort Myers. We sell overstocks, "scratch and dent", discontinued items, close-dated items, and all manner of fun interesting stuff. We also have a robust produce section, Troyer lunch meats and cheeses, an award-winning deli (yes, seriously...best deli in NFM three years running), and more! We have a loyal and fun customer base that really enjoy "treasure hunting" for good deals week after week. Our staff is fantastic and has a very positive vibe and we're looking for a few people to join our team.
You: You're familiar with deli equipment (slicers, food prep equipment, knives, etc.) and have the organizational skills for dealing with multiple orders/tasks. You're reliable, timely, and self-starting. You bring positivity and energy into our team, you are personable with customers, and (of course) can be on your feet for a shift.
We're family-owned and operated. This is our original location of two stores and we anticipate additional growth at some point. There is definitely room for more pay and responsibility if you are the right person and the right fit.
