Job Description


As a Director, of People Strategy, you will actively and proactively collaborate within your team and across the business to conceive, create, implement, and execute programs and solutions in support of the growth and advancement of our people and our business. Your role will focus on supporting the Strategy and Management Consulting team with measurable programs that drive engagement and learning, adding value to the individuals, the team, and ultimately our delivery to our clients and their customers.

Your Impact:

  • Partnering with the global Strategy leadership team to help create and deliver the overall People strategy that supports our transformation.
  • Collaborating with People team members to develop and implement policies and procedures surrounding People processes that represent innovative, best practices for the company.
  • Developing the strategic talent plan in alignment with business growth plans while helping grow and develop our talent to meet future needs.
  • Partnering with leaders and the People Strategy team to ensure we are supporting and coaching our People Managers to engage their teams, drive retention and focus on teams’ happiness.
  • Partnering with the Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) and Talent teams to implement talent review, succession planning, and bespoke L&OD solutions.
  • Train and counsel management in People processes such as promotions, compensation management, growth conversations, talent reviews, etc.
  • Support employees with issues and queries regarding people policies, procedures, and programs.

Qualifications


Your Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering programs, such as competency model development, evaluation methodology and coaching, bonus planning, promotion rounds, Impact Awards, etc., while balancing local and global people-related initiatives.
  • Expertise in working with strategy teams in a global capacity across EMEA and NA to design and manage program implementation and execution as appropriate.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing regional talent strategies to meet ever-changing business needs in a Strategy Consulting environment.
  • Ability to manage sometimes-conflicting priorities of various leadership teams and initiatives while producing exceptional results that drive our business forward.
  • Comfortable within an agile methodology, partnering with leadership in People Strategy to pilot new ways of working that are globally scaleable.
  • A demonstrated understanding of personalities and behavioural styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and to make informed decisions regarding organizational design and effective relationship management.
  • Commercial acumen: Has a good overall understanding of company finances and uses this information to challenge and provide creative solutions in resource and succession planning.
  • Strong business orientation and demonstrated success at driving business results through people-based solutions.

Pay Range: $108,000 - $210,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
