The Director of Residential Programs is responsible for assuring quality residential services, compliance with licensing and agency expectations. This position communicates to the Senior Director level regarding programmatic needs which includes staffing and fiscal resources necessary to ensure first class services and business practices are provided to residents. Position demonstrates a high level of integrity, a strong depth of knowledge regarding licensing guidelines and legislature surrounding Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health.

Essential Functions

• Supervises assigned Program Coordinators
• Assumes on-call responsibilities for assigned areas; shares responsibility.
• Ensures that departmental outcomes are appropriate, diligently pursued and periodically reviewed for their continued effectiveness.
• Maintains current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the IDD/ Autism/ MH field.
• Reviews residential program performance against budget, licensing regulations, and agency policies/procedures.
• Promotes positive reputation of Keystone programs by acting to resolve concerns/complaints of families/guardians, neighbors, case management or funding agencies, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Preferred) and 3 years of leadership experience in the Human Services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) and 4 years of leadership experience in the Human Service industry.
• High School Diploma and 5 years of leadership experience in the Human Service industry.
• Valid and current driver’s license
