Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Program Manager is responsible for managing programs and initiatives related to the enterprise strategy and supporting the VP, Talent Management & DIBs, Executive Steering Committee, and Teammate Resource Groups on the execution of their annual plans and activities.

  • Collaborate and partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that support our DEI objectives
  • Supports the development and implementation of performance measures to track, evaluate, and report on progress and the effectiveness of DEI efforts against strategic goals and overall strategy
  • Provide on-going analysis and synthesis of multiple data sets; track and evaluate internal diversity metrics
  • Support the DIBs Executive Steering Committee and TRG leaders by providing resources, information, creating project plans, and assisting with communication
  • Works closely with corporate communications to develop and implement a strategic communication strategy including internal messages, marketing collateral, and digital assets
  • Maintains a calendar of activities and communication to the organization
  • Manages the DIBs website including a plan to continuously update the site with fresh content
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience working in DEI, non-profit, community relations, human resources, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or public relations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize information for executive level presentations
