Drywall Finisher Responsibilities:
Basic Responsibilities
- Must have all necessary hand tools (pans, knives, stilts etc.)
- Must have a strong work ethic, be quality oriented and maintain a positive attitude
- Must have ability to "hand" tape, coat, texture and sand drywall, at minimum of industry standards
- Must be comfortable with heights including scaffolding, scissor and boom lifts
Advanced Responsibilities
- Ability to run all automatic taping tools including bazooka, roller & glazer, flat boxes
- Ability to lead as a foreman, this would include quality control, scheduling competence and delegate manpower as necessary to perform at peak efficiency
