Our new Sloppy Joe's Orlando location at Icon Park is looking for hardworking and dedicated Servers to join our team. Our Servers are responsible for providing guests with courteous, friendly, sincere, efficient, and graceful table service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

We are seeking talented, service-minded individuals who are as committed as we are to providing total guest satisfaction and who show a passion for the restaurant industry. We want individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Server Responsibilities:

• Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene
• Greets guests in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
• Serves high quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned and plated correctly
• Basic math skills: ability to make change
• Maintains cleanliness of the stations
• Performs side work during shift downtime including but not limited to; rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning work areas, etc.
• Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests

Server Qualifications:

• Prior server experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Friendly and outgoing
• Ability to put the guests' needs before your own
• Communicates effectively
• Enjoys the thrill of working in a fast-paced environment
