The Federal Grant Training & Program Specialist role is responsible for management, implementation, and reporting of Department of Labor funded Camp Counselor Career Catalyst Training Program (C4), including recruitment, curriculum development, participant tracking, and cooperation with Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA). Our ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Recruitment
• Strategic planning & goal setting
• Data sourcing & management, and detailed record keeping
• Strong in writing editing, & proofreading
• Assisting in running in-school related programs

This position requires:

• A minimum of a BA, with at least two years’ proven track record in workforce or youth development programming, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Federally funded grant program experience is a plus.
• Ability to represent Girl Scouts of Eastern PA in a positive and articulate way to external and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel for recruitment and camp engagement purposes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or equivalent business software suite).
