We are growing and currently looking to add Fleet Managers to our off shift team! Please only apply if you can work the following weekend shift.

Friday-Monday 6am-6pm

The Fleet Manager role is an opportunity to gain valuable operational experience. Day to day, you will work closely with Planners, Account Managers, Operations Managers, etc.. within Operations and will play a key role in the operational growth of PAM. As a Fleet Manager you will be responsible for managing a fleet of drivers daily. Some responsibilities that fall under this role include the following:

• Effectively communicating with your drivers
• Effectively communicating issues/concerns to the Account Management team.
• Managing Truck Maintenance schedule to ensure services are completed on time.
• Managing Driver drug tests/physicals
• Driving Safety within your fleet.
• Pushing to maximize utilization of the trucks on your fleet to ensure that your Drivers are taken care of and bringing home the paychecks that they need.

You will work with a variety of other departments to grow your knowledge.
