Front Desk Agent Job at Huntley Santa Monica Beach
Responsibilities
- First and last point of contact for all guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experience are memorable
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, coordinate, and interact with guests to ensure a pleasant arrival through departure experience for all guests
- Learn and execute all departmental and hotel policies (including but not limited to, covid-19 procedures, check in and out procedures, relocation procedures, auditing accuracy and attention to detail, key control procedures, emergency procedures, lost and found policies, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow proper procedure to ensure hotel data and assets are protected.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with colleagues across all departments through communication and in person interactions
Qualifications
- Flexible to work all shifts including overnight/night audit
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Dependable and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and PMS preferred (Opera)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
