Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Montgomery County
SPS Consulting seeks enthusiastic and organized Office Worker to support our government customer in the Montgomery County area. Position provides secretarial support for a major program or specialized function within the County.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process fee payments in INFOR (if applicable); now assist Customers with Fee Payments on the Kiosk in lobby.
- Print Permits for Incoming Customers (if applicable).
- Mail Log in-coming mail and Customer drop-offs into INFOR.
- File Performance Bonds in Land Development file area for SC & ROW Permits
- Process in Customer Management virtual payments submitted by PT’s.
- Compile payment receipts in numerical order for next day pick up by Accounting Staff
- Lock up all business day payment receipts in file drawer for next day pick up.
- Make sure all printers are turned on in AM and loaded with paper.
- Secure office and put all trash cans outside for cleaning crew to empty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
