As a Greeter, you welcome members and guest into Cherokee Town and Country Club. Here at the Cherokee Town and Country Club, we employ Greeters who are warm and friendly face with an outgoing personality to welcome all those who enter our doors. If that's you, this could be fun and potentially easy job. Being a people person is a requirement if you want to be a greeter. You should be easy going with the ability to carry on conversation with a stranger. Bottom line, you're the face of Cherokee Town and Country Club. Because you are the first person a member or guest sees entering the club and often the last one on their way out, it is very important that you make a good and lasting impression. You will, of course, be expected to give both a welcoming greeting and a warm farewell. Another objective of the job is to be well informed since more often information is sought by not only guest, but members as well. Great attributes of a greeter are one of a team player, be reliable and the ability to be calm under pressure. Being reliable is the expectation that you can always be counted on to do a good job. Being a good listener, communicator, and the flexibility of working in a diverse environment are all exhibits of a team player.
