Compensation includes hourly base wage, tips, productivity bonus, % of product sales, along with other incentives. Average effective wage range for salon is $20 - $30 an hour (not including cash tips)

COVID-19 considerations:
We have an extensive COVID-19 Safety and Sanitation Plan put in place for when we Re-Open our doors on June 1st. On top of that, we are offering a Grateful Pay Bonus of an additional $5 per Hour on top of your base wage for the month of June.
