We are currently hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with benefits administration, employee records, HR event planning, and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities of an HR Coordinator:


Job Responsibilities of an HR Coordinator:
  • Administer benefits enrollment and processing of changes and terminations within various insurer databases
  • Act as liaison between employees and insurance broker; assist employees in resolving benefits issues and rectify billing errors
  • Generate electronic change forms within the HRIS based on employee changes throughout the organization
  • Process tuition reimbursement adhering to schedules and criteria set forth in policies
  • Respond to unemployment and temporary disability claim requests for the agency
  • Ensure employee documentation, including licenses/certifications are valid and compliant with licensing standards
  • Respond to employee policy inquiries relating to benefit and PTO questions and make adjustments in HRIS in accordance with agency policy
  • Maintain all electronic and paper HR files and ensure accuracy
  • Schedule and plan employee recognition events and activities on an agency-wide level
  • Provide administrative support to all HR department members
Job Requirements:
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2 years related experience, preferably in Human Resources
Position Details:
Location: Edison County: Middlesex

Hours Per Work Week: 35 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
