Relative Dynamics Inc. is seeking an experienced I&T Lead Test Conductor to support the NASA Capture, Containment and Return System (CCRS) mission through initial integrations, environmental testing, delivery to the Spacecraft, and post-delivery. This role will lead, integrate, develop, and train a team of I&T TCs to support the Capture, Containment and Return System. The Lead will develop a team which minimizes experience/knowledge gaps, grow the team talent base, and produce a highly available and effective team.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Assist in development of I&T documents including the I&T Plan, System Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Work Order

Authorizations (WOAs). Assist in the development of I&T presentations/materials for Project and I&T reviews.

• Lead and assist with decision making for responsibilities of the TC-team including but not limited to: Test setup/coordination, test

execution, database management, hardware and software safety, personnel and test scheduling, anomaly identification and

mitigation, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) development and management, Telemetry and Command (T&C) System

customization and use for CCRS I&T, data storage and availability, developing and managing trending analysis, and I&T network

availability/management.

• Provide TC-expertise/communication with other relevant stakeholders including I&T management, PDLs, Systems Engineers / V&V,

Project Management, Safety and Mission Assurance, Contamination Control, Quality Assurance, Mission/Ground Operations Team,

Spacecraft/ESA team members, and Subsystem personnel.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related field
• 12 + years of directly related experience and/or training
• 12 + years of engineering experience in a space missions systems development environment and with demonstrated successful

TC leadership experience
