Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of projects in the $1 - $30 million range. This role will be expected to schedule crews to meet the customer's schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow.
The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
- 10-15 years' experience supervising and leading Industrial projects
- Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects
- History of profitability in prior project management positions
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Highly refined leadership in construction safety
- Experience in the development of budget and proposal estimates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with one or more of the following construction types: automotive, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, power, petrochemical, metals, and/or refining
