Join a Massachusetts hospital as the Interim Director of Practice Operations for Behavioral Health

The Position

• The Interim Director of Practice Operations in Behavioral Health will oversee 6 FTEs, while supporting the business and clinical aspects with licensure, regulatory accreditation, and budget management for the inpatient and outpatient units.
• The Interim Director will collaborate with the Chair and Chief Operating Officer to build business plans for new offerings with the goal of optimizing revenue.
• Focus on building KPI benchmarks and dashboards, while serving as the administrative right hand and the liaison for behavioral health across the system.
• Ideal candidate will bring practice management experience in behavioral health who is highly collaborative and can focus on outcomes. Strong budget experience preferred.

• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
