INTERNAL LINEN
The Internal Linen will be a key member of our team and is responsible for performing the necessary daily internal linen distribution, provide linen management support and complete the related service functions while maintaining a high level of communication between FDR Services and the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintain and manage Linen Resource program in order to provide monthly reports on the utilization of products and inventory standards.
- Communicate with customer’s user departments in a professional manner as necessary.
- Manage all par levels, inventory levels and usage ratios for each unit.
- Inform Company. and Customer of all service activities.
- Maintain a daily log book of customer requests and internal communications.
- Ensure all paperwork is maintained and distributed as required. Including, but not limited to linen utilization reports, Linen Resource reports, monthly reports and service reports.
- Measure and communicate overall customer satisfaction with the linen services at Customer.
- Maintain daily communication between Customer and Company. including daily order adjustments.
- Manage all clean and soil weights to ensure soil return performance is within standards.
- Monitor any loss from customer and participate in loss and abuse prevention programs.
- Other duties as assigned
