Janitorial Supervisor - Part Time/Full Time Evenings (Independence) Job at RWK SERVICES INC
RWK Services, a nationwide green certified building service provider, has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a part-time or full-time Cleaning Supervisor for buildings in Independence. The part time position will be Monday-Friday from 5:30-10:30pm and the full-time position would be 5pm-1am
Major responsibilities include:
- Supervising the work of cleaning staff at a specific building(s)
- Initiate or follow-up on quality/building inspections
- Assist through training and orienting new employees on specific buildings
- Assist in covering open positions when necessary
- Maintain cleaning supplies and materials & ensure proper usage.
Requirements:
- Previous office cleaning experience is required
- Be detail-oriented
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
- Be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Be able to work independently and still get the job done
- Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing.
