Here’s what you’ll do as a Jr Marketing Specialist at RDI Corporation:

• Conduct marketing campaign management including producing marketing content, materials, and communication to support leadership and business needs
• Create traditional and digital marketing collateral and content writing across multiple mediums that adhere to RDI’s brand voice
• Work directly with Sales, Creative, and other RDI Departments to curate ongoing digital and traditional marketing strategies
• Evaluate impact of Social Media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Linked-In; promote press releases, company updates, industry articles, blogs, announcements, events, and other marketing campaigns through proper digital channels
• Support the creation of integrated lead-gen campaigns (mail, email, social, calls) alongside Sales
• Provide statistics and create presentations/reports for internal departments to improve upon external B2B and internal B2C marketing efforts
• Ensure all marketing content is kept current; maintain RDI website via WordPress
• Remain agile and stay up-to-date on marketing/creative industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you already have to be an awesome Jr Marketing Specialist:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience without a degree – 1 year experience with a preferred degree in either marketing, advertisement, communication, business, or analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about clear/open communication and constructive feedback
• Working knowledge of marketing strategies, platforms, and techniques
• Aptitude with various social media platforms and data/reporting associated with them
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Can work collaboratively or solo
• Project Management experience a plus
• Understanding of BPO industry and B2B experience a plus

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
