Duties and Responsibilites

The primary role of the LPN is to supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, administer medications, follow-up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all residents/patients. Provides clinical care in compliance with current federal and state guidelines, and company regulations. Our staff regularly exhibits behaviors that support the values of the company – Family, Ownership, Responsibility, Celebration, and Experience. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care for our residents, our employees, and our community.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing.

Licenses/Certification:

• Current LPN Licensure in the State of Idaho.
• Valid CPR Certification.
